Refund policy

PRODUCT SPECIFIC RETURNS & REFUNDS 

All power bases, recliners, lift chairs, protectors, pillows,  sales are final once opened from original package.  

Pillows and other personal items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after opening. 

Mattresses come with a comfort trial period of 90 days. Mattress can be swapped for another mattress equal or greater to original purchase. If the swapped product costs less, the difference will be refunded on an The Sleep Center Gift Card (does not expire). If the swapped product costs more, the difference must be paid by purchaser.

Lay-away is offered on most items we sell at no additional charge. If lay-away lasts less than six-months and is cancelled there will be a 20% restocking fee (payments made) and remaining balance refunded to a Super Sleep Gift Card by The Sleep Center (no fees, no expiration) to be used for future purchases with us. If lay-away lasts longer than six-months and is cancelled there will be a 50% restocking fee (payments made) and remaining balance refunded to a Super Sleep Gift Card by The Sleep Center (no fees, no expiration) to be used for future purchases with us.  

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be turned into cash but are treated as cash here at The Sleep Center. Gift cards do not incur fees or expire. Gift Cards are accepted by us for anything we sell in our store or online here.  We can replace a lost gift card if proof of purchase can be validated to our system and we can successfully cancel the lost card.  

At time of purchase any item with additional policies will be clearly presented before order is completed.
