The Branham family lives in Panama City and owns and operates The Sleep Center. Serving the area since 1995, we support local charities and have received Best of Bay recognition for many years. We carry quality sleep-related brands and use our buying system to offer strong value. We state that we offer the lowest prices and will price match when you find a lower price locally; please ask us for details.

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Financing is available with approved credit. Layaway is available on most items for up to six months at no additional charge. If cancelled before six months, a 20% restocking fee applies to payments made; after six months, the fee is 50%. The policy does not specify the fee at exactly six months. Any remaining balance is issued on a non-expiring Super Sleep Gift Card.

We keep a large selection of name-brand mattresses in our Panama City store. Ask our staff to confirm whether a specific item is in stock. For available items, you can arrange delivery or load your truck for pickup.

Within 100 miles of our Panama City showroom, delivery is handled by The Sleep Center’s own employees and trucks, with white-glove service. Beyond 100 miles, we use third-party delivery professionals. Please contact us to confirm availability for your address.

Typical local delivery is same day to seven days. Out-of-area delivery is typically seven to fourteen days or more, depending on conditions. We arrange the delivery date and time with you; more specific timing is shared when you place your order.

Mattresses have a 90-day comfort trial and may be swapped for a mattress priced the same or higher. If the replacement costs less, the difference is refunded on a non-expiring The Sleep Center Gift Card. If it costs more, the purchaser pays the difference.

Power bases, recliners, lift chairs, protectors, and pillows are final once opened from their original packaging. Pillows and other personal items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after opening.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be converted to cash, and do not expire. They can be used for purchases in store or online.
